I want to start by saying how much I appreciated Charlise’s energy. It was my first time getting Soul Body Work and I was unsure of what to expect. It was a great learning and insightful experience. I loved the intuitive massage and cupping. I tend to have pain in my lower back, and I felt much lighter afterwards. I enjoyed the sound heeling and sensing different vibrations throughout my body at different times, as well feeling the different energies of the crystals.
Every part of our time together was appreciated in different ways. Even days after our session, I continue to receive aha moments. Images, sounds, knowledge, and information keep arising. Self-care Saturday!!! That’s what I had in mind when I went to see Charlisa for my first Soul Bodywork session. What was I expecting? I’m not sure?
